RETURNS & CLAIMS POLICY

WaysFindr specializes in wholesale procurement, containerized shipments, project-scale quantities, and international logistics solutions. Due to the nature of our products, sourcing methods, and shipping arrangements, all returns, claims, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.

INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY

Customers are responsible for inspecting all products immediately upon receipt. Any visible damage, shortages, discrepancies, or delivery concerns must be documented at the time of delivery and reported to WaysFindr in writing within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt.

CLAIMS FOR DAMAGE OR SHORTAGES

Claims for shipping damage, missing materials, quantity discrepancies, packaging issues, or other delivery-related concerns must be supported by photographs, delivery receipts, inspection reports, and any other relevant documentation. Failure to report such issues within the required timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

SPECIAL ORDER & PROJECT PROCUREMENT PRODUCTS

Products sourced specifically for a customer, project-specific materials, special-order products, custom-manufactured items, and non-stock materials are non-cancelable and non-returnable once procurement, production scheduling, freight booking, export processing, or supplier allocation has commenced.

CONTAINER & CONSOLIDATED SHIPMENTS

All container-load, consolidated shipment, project procurement, and international sourcing orders are considered custom procurement transactions. Once materials have been procured, allocated, packaged, booked for shipment, or exported, such orders may not be canceled and are not eligible for return unless otherwise approved in writing by WaysFindr.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may not be canceled after materials have been procured, allocated, produced, packaged, booked for shipment, or exported. Any approved cancellation may be subject to supplier penalties, freight charges, administrative fees, restocking fees, and other costs incurred by WaysFindr.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION

No product may be returned without prior written authorization from WaysFindr. Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the sender at the customer's expense.

CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS

Approved returns must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Products showing signs of installation, modification, use, exposure to weather, or improper handling may not qualify for return, refund, or credit.

UNUSED OR SURPLUS MATERIALS

WaysFindr is not obligated to accept the return of excess, unused, or surplus materials remaining after project completion. Acceptance of such returns shall be at the sole discretion of WaysFindr and may be subject to supplier approval, restocking fees, freight charges, and inspection requirements.

RESTOCKING FEES

Approved returns may be subject to restocking fees, supplier charges, repackaging costs, transportation expenses, and administrative fees. Applicable fees shall be determined based on supplier policies and the condition of the returned materials.

SHIPPING, FREIGHT & CUSTOMS COSTS

Ocean freight charges, inland transportation costs, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, storage charges, terminal handling charges, demurrage, detention fees, and other logistics-related expenses are non-refundable once incurred.

STORAGE & ABANDONED MATERIALS

Materials not collected, accepted, unloaded, or cleared within the agreed timeframe may be subject to storage charges, demurrage fees, detention charges, handling fees, and other related costs. WaysFindr reserves the right to dispose of, return, liquidate, or otherwise manage abandoned materials in order to recover incurred expenses.

MANUFACTURER DEFECTS & WARRANTIES

Products determined to have manufacturing defects may be subject to the manufacturer's warranty and claims process. WaysFindr may assist in coordinating warranty claims where appropriate; however, warranty approval, replacement, repair, and compensation remain solely the responsibility of the manufacturer.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds shall be processed using the original method of payment or issued as a credit toward future purchases, at the sole discretion of WaysFindr. Refund amounts may be reduced by supplier charges, freight costs, customs fees, administrative costs, restocking fees, and other expenses incurred during procurement and delivery.

PRODUCT SUITABILITY

Customers are responsible for verifying that selected products meet all project requirements, engineering specifications, code requirements, performance standards, and intended applications. Returns, claims, or refunds shall not be granted solely because a product is later determined by the customer to be unsuitable for its intended use.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

WaysFindr shall not be liable for labor costs, installation costs, project delays, liquidated damages, loss of profits, business interruption, increased construction costs, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from returned products, product claims, shipping delays, warranty matters, or procurement activities.

CLAIM REVIEW PROCESS

All claims submitted to WaysFindr shall be reviewed based on the supporting documentation, supplier policies, shipping records, inspection reports, and applicable commercial agreements. Submission of a claim does not guarantee approval, replacement, refund, or compensation.

POLICY CHANGES

WaysFindr reserves the right to modify, revise, or update this Returns & Claims Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of WaysFindr services constitutes acceptance of any such modifications.
