All products displayed by WaysFindr are subject to manufacturer availability, production schedules, and market conditions. Product specifications, packaging, lead times, and availability may change without prior notice.

Orders are considered confirmed only after written acceptance by WaysFindr and receipt of any required deposit or payment specified in the quotation or purchase agreement.

Estimated delivery dates are provided as a service to assist project planning. All delivery schedules are estimates only and may be affected by manufacturing schedules, vessel availability, customs processing, weather conditions, port operations, and other factors beyond the control of WaysFindr.

Customers acknowledge that customs inspections, government reviews, duty assessments, import permits, and regulatory requirements may impact delivery schedules. WaysFindr shall not be responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or governmental agencies.

Customers are solely responsible for verifying that selected products meet the engineering, architectural, regulatory, code compliance, performance, and project requirements applicable to their intended use. WaysFindr does not assume responsibility for design decisions, engineering calculations, installation methods, or project-specific suitability.

Customers are responsible for inspecting all products immediately upon receipt. Any shortages, visible damage, discrepancies, or delivery concerns must be reported in writing within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.

While every effort is made to ensure products are properly packaged and transported, WaysFindr shall not be liable for damage resulting from carrier handling, transportation conditions, weather exposure, port operations, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Customers are encouraged to obtain cargo insurance where appropriate.

Any demurrage, detention, storage fees, customs charges, terminal handling charges, or additional costs incurred after cargo arrival shall be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Where applicable, products may be covered by warranties provided by the original manufacturer. Any warranty claims shall be governed exclusively by the terms and conditions established by the manufacturer.

WaysFindr shall not be liable for any delay, failure, or inability to perform its obligations resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to hurricanes, tropical storms, floods, earthquakes, pandemics, labor disputes, transportation interruptions, government actions, war, civil unrest, or other force majeure events.

Under no circumstances shall WaysFindr be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or economic damages, including but not limited to project delays, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, liquidated damages, increased construction costs, or business interruption. Any liability of WaysFindr shall be limited to the value of the products supplied under the applicable order.

By requesting a quotation, placing an order, purchasing products, or utilizing services provided by WaysFindr, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Service Conditions and Liability provisions.
